COLLEGE COMMUNITIES OF C.A.R.E. PRESENTS NOLAXNOLA COLLEGE SHOWCASE

Collective. Action. Responsibiity. Engagement.

College Communities of C.A.R.E. is a collective of college and university students from the Greater New Orleans area united by a shared commitment to look out for each other, support one another's well-being, and work collectively to address shared challenges. It's a space where empathy, compassion, and mutual respect are core values. This community is built on trust, open communication, and a shared sense of purpose. In essence, it's a network of people who prioritize the needs and interests of others, fostering a sense of belonging and support.

LIVE MUSIC: Performances all day from current students, alumni, and special faculty guests. See Kota Dosa, Apricot Jam, Sari Jordan, Planet of Little Green Men, Loyola All Stars, Yung Delirious, $hamm, and KP2 Wild on the Dillard University Center of Racial Justice Main Stage. On the Rock & Brews® Songwriter Stage, enjoy sets by Sadie Pine, Lyle Hutchins, Lyla George, James Wyrtzen, and Carl Stanton.

ENGAGEMENT: Student-led organizations from Loyola, Tulane, Dillard, and Xavier will showcase their social responsibility initiatives.

VOTER REGISTRATION: Through our partnership with Headcount.org, attendees can register to vote, update their existing registration, or learn about absentee voting.

OUTOBERFEST 2025

OUToberfest is a one-day music festival in New Orleans celebrating the vibrant and diverse talent within the city's LGBTQIA+ music scene at the city’s premier outdoor music venue, The Broadside. This inclusive event goes beyond entertainment, aiming to foster a welcoming space for the LGBTQ+ community and encourage allies to show their vocal support.
